This is a short Newsletter this week, as the Fair Work Commission yesterday announced it's decision in relation to the annual wage review.
Overall, there will be a 2.5% pay increase on all of the Modern Awards, however, like last year, this implementation will be staggered.
The majority of Awards will increase from 01 July 2021, Retail Awards will increase from 01 September 2021 and identified "Lagging" industries will commence from 01 November 2021. If you want to read the full decision, here is the link for you 😊
